You may register for the event by e-mailing us at thenorthstargt@gmail.com with your name, contact information, gaming shop/club affiliation and the army you plan on using. Early Registration Tickets for the North Star Tournament will be $65 if paid by July 15th. On or after July 15th, registration will be $75. Please be aware that your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your registration fee has been paid.

We prefer registration fee payments to be made via Paypal (money doesn't get "lost in the mail"). When you use your PayPal account to send the registration fee, please send it as "I'm sending money to family or friends" option. This allows us to drop the Paypal processing fee - as Paypal doesn't take a cut. Don't forget to include your registration info.

Cancellation policy: Please note that as we run this thing on a shoe-string budget and have many fixed costs, we have a limited ability to issue refunds. If you must cancel, please let us know as soon as possible! Cancellations prior to Sept. 17th will receive a refund equal to half of the registration costs. Cancellations later than this will not be refunded. We're sorry it has to be this way, but by that time the money will have already been spent on one of the various event expenses! One other note - players are not able to transfer their places in the Tournament to other players.
